Acceptable use policy

Version 1.0 · Effective 12 August 2026

This policy governs what you and your end users may do with the Aisty platform (the "Service"). It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. We may update it to address new risks. Violations may result in suspension or termination and, where required, reporting to authorities.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Service to develop, deploy, host or generate content or systems that:

  1. Are unlawful or facilitate illegal activity, including child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, terrorism, or unlawful weapons development.
  2. Infringe rights including intellectual property, privacy, publicity or confidentiality, and including deploying models or datasets you are not licensed to use.
  3. Attack or abuse systems including malware, ransomware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorised access, denial of service, or scanning and penetration of infrastructure without authorisation.
  4. Harass, threaten, defame or incite violence or promote self-harm.
  5. Deceive or defraud including impersonation, disinformation at scale, fake reviews, spam, or fraudulent schemes.
  6. Generate sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people.
  7. Enable discrimination or unlawful profiling against individuals or protected groups.

2. Prohibited AI practices, EU AI Act Article 5

You must not use the Service for AI practices prohibited under Article 5 of the EU AI Act, including:

3. High-risk and regulated uses

If you build an AI system that qualifies as high-risk under Annex III of the EU AI Act, for example in employment, credit, essential services, biometrics or critical infrastructure, then you are the provider or deployer and you are responsible for the corresponding obligations: risk management, data governance, human oversight, logging, conformity assessment and registration. The Service is not certified for high-risk use unless expressly agreed in writing. Do not use the Service for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions without appropriate human oversight and validation.

4. Transparency obligations

You must preserve the AI-generated machine markings applied to inference responses, and you must give your end users clear notice that they are interacting with an AI system and, where applicable, that content is AI-generated or manipulated, as required by Article 50 of the EU AI Act.

5. Security and fair use

6. Your responsibility for end users

You are responsible for the conduct of anyone who uses an application you build on the Service, and for implementing appropriate content moderation, safety filters and human-oversight controls for your use case.

7. Reporting and enforcement

Report abuse to [email protected]. We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, and suspend or terminate access. Where a violation poses imminent risk, we may act without prior notice.
